Hi, I’m Louise, the founder of Graze Grub. Along with being a busy mum and wife, I wanted to create a business that shows my passion for food, quality, styling and creativity.

I started Graze Grub in 2021 because of my love for food, planning and bringing people together. I’m obsessed with the detail. That means quality ingredients, big flavour, and presentation that makes you want to grab your phone for a photo before you grab a plate.

What began as making homemade favourites for friends and family quickly grew into creating memorable food for all kinds of celebrations.

You’ll hear me say two things a lot:

“We don’t do triangle sandwiches.”

Because honestly, life’s too short for the basic. If we’re feeding your guests, it’s going to be exciting, generous and a little bit indulgent.

“What I create isn’t unique to me, but quality, presentation and service absolutely is.”

There are plenty of local catering companies out there. What sets Graze Grub apart is the standard we hold ourselves to, and how much we care about getting it right for you.

I love a chat (truly). Most of our best menus are born from a quick WhatsApp or phone call where you tell me what you’re planning, and I talk through ideas with you until it feels we’ve got it just right. Whether you’ve got a clear vision or you’re thinking “help, I don’t know where to start”, we’ll get there together.

I’m fuelled by many cups of strong Yorkshire Tea, a very busy brain full of ideas, and a genuine love for food, entertaining and feeding people.

I have previously lived in Belgium and America. I’m also an identical twin!
